Habit #4: Think Win-Win
Lesson 19, 20 & 21- Mutual Benefit, Win/Win Attitude and Courage and Consideration
The basis of Think Win-Win is getting along with other people. You must start with the belief that everyone is equal and that no one is superior or inferior. Look at the relationships in your life...are you approaching them with a win/win attitude? Or are you missing out on the opportunity for mutual benefit?

Lesson 23 - relationship bank account
Think of your relationships as a bank account, we’ll call it the “relationship bank account” or RBA. It is much like a checking account at a bank. When you make a deposit, you improve or strengthen the relationship. When you make a withdrawal, the relationship becomes weaker. Strong relationships are built from steady deposits over a long period of time. Think about your relationships with the people you are close to. Are you making more deposits or withdrawals? How does this affect your relationship?
